While there is much new construction, occasionally the family castle remains occupied, but is not what it once was.

Sometimes it is striking to see these old, dilapadated homes, so proximate to new, large homes.  The local villagers share their countryside with pensioners and vacationers.  It is truly a land of history and contrasts.
